Our acrylic is High Impact Diamond D, it is proven to be the strongest on the market. This high quality acrylic allows for excellent bonding to denture teeth and its versatile shading can match the natural tissues of the mouth. We can also use Ethnicryl acrylic for darker pigments.

Our teeth are of independent and private standard they are made using a 4 layer process for realistic characterisation. With many shades and moulds to choose from we can always find the perfect teeth to match the patients natural aesthetics.

TCS I-Flex Dentures

These Flexible dentures are made from a polyolefin based thermoplastic, the material will provide the patient with a retentive and aesthetic appliance that is virtually undetectable in the mouth.

Clinically unbreakable
Monomer free and hypoallergenic

Flexible dentures can be the solution for patients who cannot use regular dentures. They are designed to cling to the gums and move and adapt with the mouth.

Colbalt Chrome Dentures

Chrome Dentures are designed to be unnoticeable in the mouth, the metal framework is lighter and less bulky than acrylic dentures making them more comfortable to wear.

Made from a light alloy metal, chrome dentures are strong and durable. They fit more precisely and use the patients remaining teeth to grip onto using clasps. Acetyl clasps can also be added to make the denture even less visible.

Like the Flexi dentures Chrome dentures are good for patients who can not tolerate full palatal coverage.

Acrylic Dentures

Acrylic dentures are the most common type of denture and suit most patients.

With acrylic dentures it is possible to achieve a very natural look. With the use of shading and contouring we can create very natural aesthetics.

Acrylic dentures are very versatile and can be made as a single tooth denture or a complete full denture. Clasps can be added to aid with retention.

Acrylic dentures are the most cost effective and are the easiest dentures to adjust and add to when needed.

Implant Over Dentures

Here at Future Smiles we offer Implant Retained Over Dentures, made to the highest standard.

With implant work it is important for us to work closely with the surgeon to achieve the best result possible.

Clasping

We are able to add clasps to dentures to aid in retention. These can be added on during the finishing process or we can add the onto already finished dentures if the patients needs a little extra retention.

Acetyl Clasps - these are a semi-flexible material known for its high strength and durability. Acetyl clasps are less visible in the mouth and can be made clear or to match the tooth colour.
Metal Clasps - made from stainless steel making them strong but lightweight. We do different types of metal clasps - Ball End clasps, Roach clasps and Adams Crib clasps.

Ortho

We make a variety of custom ortho applicances including Anti-Snoring devices, NTi splints, B-Splints and many more

Denture repairs/additions

We carry our denture repairs and additions here at the lab. We can repair/add to most dentures with a next day turn around.

We also offer a walk in repair services with is subject to a private fee!

3D Digital Printing

Send us your intra-oral scans through your scanning software or by sending us the .stl file and we can digitally print them off for you.

Digitally printed models are more accurate and leave little room for error. A patients bite can also be scanned, allowing us to locate the models once they are printed

Walk-in same day repairs

We offer a walk-in, same day repair service for patients that are local to us or willing to travel. There are limits to what we can repair as a walk-in patient so please call ahead to find out if we can help you.
